In accordance with the state budget, about 4.5 thousand residential apartments in accordance with various state residential programs planned to be built throughout 2013. Appropriate funds are already provided by the state budget of the country.
This information was officially confirmed by Mr. Bekrut during the next forum “City and Lady Real Estate 2013”, which took place in the Ministry of Regional Development.
It remains only to buy high quality door locks and move into apartments. I would like to note that the locks on the doors of apartments issued by the state of not the highest quality. Therefore, we recommend changing them immediately to increase the safety of the apartment.
Among other things, Ukrainian officials pay close attention to the development of mechanisms to solve the housing problems of Ukrainian citizens, the main one of which is the rental of residential real estate with the possibility of subsequent redemption at three percent per annum, as well as the formation of housing intended for the social segment. It is assumed that the main interest in the problems of this issue should be shown by local authorities.
