A whole village “Green Valley”, consisting of economy class cottages, was built in the south of Omsk. Developers decided to test the erected new buildings, not in the usual way. During the winter, volunteers will live in cottages who can evaluate the quality, advantages and disadvantages of new housing. It should be noted that in this way they test houses, several American construction organizations.
The main idea laid down in the construction of this village is “Come and live”. According to the project in cottages, there is already everything necessary for life: connected plumbing, gas equipment, sewage, “wiring” for electricity and green lawns.
The target audience of the company – students, pensioners, young families. Prices are designed in such a way that representatives of these social strata are able to purchase living space. It remains only to hire the movers for the apartment and office move – and go, to the new house!
In general, the “West Wind” is noticeable to the village, not armed with armed influence, the streets of this complex are very reminiscent of the quiet American. The houses have no fences, and the front facade of the houses decorate the green lawns, all in the best traditions of America. Also on street lamps, they plan to install solar panels and wind generators in order not to spend electricity, but to use natural resources.
The only point, the proximity of the poultry farm remains in this matter, but the company assures that it is located, not so close that you can feel not pleasant smell.
