Cuban Museum of Peasant Clothing President Ecuador presented one of his shirts. More than a hundred such exhibits are currently already presented in the exposition of this museum. The shirts of the rulers of the island of Freedom, which are the brothers Fidel and Raul Castro, are stored here. Among the exhibits there are clothing items donated by the famous Colombian writer Gabriel García Márquez, the Venezuelan president of the Hugo Chávez, as well as the famous Cuban ballerina Alicia Alonso. The Ecuadorian leader was presented by one of his favorite shirts, in which he so often loved to flaunt, and which most clearly emphasizes the proximity of the president to the people. The donated shirt is sewn with a fastener under the throat, it is abundantly embroidered with patterned embroidery, which is traditional for the Indian indigenous communities of Ecuador, in front and on cuffs of long sleeves. But in the UAE – vouchers and tours are much cheaper than other Arab countries. The Museum of Peasant Clothing is located 350 kilometers from Havana in the very center of the city of Sancti Spíritus. The President of Ecuador’s shirt to the museum was transferred by the ambassador of this country at Cuba Edgar Ponce. National clothing of the inhabitants of the island of Liberty, which is quite popular and throughout Latin America, can be considered an embroidered or plain peasant shirt with long or short sleeves, four pockets, sewn from traditional light material, painted in white or pastel tones. It is thanks to the color and structure of the material, which is most suitable for tropical climate, these shirts are so popular in the region. I must say that the former president of the United States Jimmy Carter, who just the other day visited Cuba with a three -day private visit, wore such a Cuban classic shirt on the island.
