According to some reports of the analytical center Miel, the number of apartments today in the secondary real estate market exceeds many times the number of apartments in new buildings almost by half.

It is interesting that before the start of the crisis in 2008, the number of “primary” and “secondary” apartments almost coincided. And as soon as the crisis has come, the developers have a period of difficulties, which led to a complete or partial stop of the construction of various residential projects. This fact served as a significant limitation of the volume of apartments sold in new buildings. To a greater extent, these were apartments in houses at the final stage of construction, or already in ready -made houses.

And at the end of 2009 and 2010, the volume of proposals in the secondary real estate market exceeded the volume in the primary real estate market. Each apartment and every house have its pros and cons, and how many people in this world, the same amount of opinions. The main plus of the secondary market apartments is the ability to choose housing in any area of ​​the city, which apartments in new buildings cannot provide, although at the same time, they are often built next to shopping and entertainment centers and directly close to the city center itself.
