The operation of the boiler room and the entire heating system as a whole is associated with the use and burning of certain types of fuel, the circulation of the coolant, and the supporting of the required level of pressure in the system. In addition, this is initially quite a costly business, and the costs of fuel and energy are rapidly increasing in case of violation of thin settings of fuel equipment and reducing the efficiency of boiler equipment. It is not worth talking about security, this question is so obvious.
How obvious it is how important the timely and high -quality maintenance of the boiler room in residential and industrial buildings. The complexity and increased liability for the quality of the work requires mandatory involvement of only technically competent and equipped specialists (ideally – from the same company that made the installation, commissioning and launch of a particular boiler room) that will carry out the necessary measurements, most reliably diagnose the condition of the equipment, The qualified repair and configuration will be carried out.
As a result of the regular service: a) they are significantly reduced, inversely in proportion to the increasing efficiency, operating costs; b) the total service life of the installed boiler equipment is increased; c) the level of security of the system functioning increases. 3) seasonal (at the end of the heating season, all boiler equipment should be transferred to T.n. Summer mode).

The list of service work is compiled based on specific types of equipment and engineering systems used. But there is a certain mandatory (traditional) volume of preventive actions, which includes:
– visual inspection of the external state of the object;
– General verification of work (the quality of combustion of fuel and the composition of the chimney, traction indicators of chimneys, the operation of electric nodes, etc.P.) equipment;
– setting up automatic security systems, checking the condition of electrical panels and control systems;
